Everything we do is motivated by integrity - our private lending in Edmonds, Bellevue, and Seattle , our customer service, and especially our relationships with borrowers and investor partners alike.

Our Story

I've always been passionate about real estate ever since I started in the business 20 years ago. I love the idea of finding a property that has potential, buying it at the right price and then turning it into something beautiful and more valuable. 


However, I also know how difficult it can be to get financing for real estate projects. Banks have turned me down on more than one occasion because I did not fit their "box", and I know I'm not the only one. 


That's why I decided to start my own private lending company. I wanted to create a lending option for real estate entrepreneurs turned down by traditional banks.

I know there are many great real estate entrepreneurs out there with great opportunities but who need a little help getting going. I want to be the one to help them make their dreams a reality and build their business.

Christian Brodin

Founder, Managing Partner

  • 14 years as principal of US National Real Estate Asset Management Company. 
  • Established US real estate asset management and property management operation in 2007 for Japanese Parent Company.
  • Grew and oversaw apartment units under management from 200 to over 2,300. 
  • Since 2006 managed or supervised the acquisition, disposition, renovation and construction of over $1,000,000,000 of real estate assets for investors and related entities.
  • Managed $120,000,000 of new construction residential development projects. 
  • Graduated from Norwegian School of Business with a Bachelor Degree in Finance.
  • Officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy. 
  • Christian is fluent in Japanese and Norwegian. 
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Washington. 

John Marbett

Senior Advisor

  • 20+ years of sales and business development experience
  • Founded a food company in Seattle, WA and grew the business to an over $3 million valuation with distribution at Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Wegman's, and more.
  • 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Licensed Loan Officer in Utah and Washington state
